International internship opportunity at Campus GATE Jordan

Would you like to be part of an innovative and international team? Apply for an internship with the THWS Campus GATE Jordan at GJU. The German Jordanian University aims to fulfil its mission of providing transformational opportunities through access to an excellent, international educational experience. Based on this vision, GJU has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with THWS (Technical University of Applied Sciences Würzburg-Schweinfurt) to launch hosted programmes in B. Eng. Hydrogen Technology.

We are looking for you!

We are looking for an intern to join the Campus GATE team in Jordan and support us with some of the following tasks (these might vary depending on the time of the internship):

  • Counselling students and their families
  • Planning events for the programmes
  • Posting on our social media platforms
  • Providing administrative support for the programmes
  • Website technical support
  • Assist with marketing activities
  • Public relations and student acquisition

Requirements:

  • You must be currently enroled as a student at a German university and be over 18 years of age.
  • Good communication skills in English and German are required, Arabic language or connection to Arabic culture is a plus.
  • Experience with social media.
  • Interest in intercultural exchange and education in a bilingual, transnational context.
  • Openness to new cultures.

Remuneration:

Students can apply for the DAAD internship funding. See more information here.

Timing:

Internship durations are possible from one to three months. However, conditions for DAAD funding need to be taken into consideration (check the link above).
