Enrolment process:
- Prospective students can rely on the dedicated support of our team to receive comprehensive information essential for a successful enrolment in the programme that best aligns with your needs and preferences. We will guide you through the enrolment procedures, ensuring that your academic journey is tailored to meet your requirements.
- The team will help you to figure out the requirements you need to fulfil to enrol according to your specific case.
Before your arrival in Germany:
- Students of the hosted programmes will be well-prepared for their arrival in Germany and the start of classes at the THWS campus.
- As students continue their academic journey in Germany, they will have already achieved a B2 proficiency level in German through language courses, paving the way for a smoother transition upon arrival.
- Furthermore, students will receive valuable insights into cultural and organizational aspects to enhance their experience during their stay in Germany.
- Our team will provide assistance in obtaining the necessary study visa for Germany. This process will be facilitated through GJU's International Affairs Department (IAD), which will manage the visa application process and coordinate essential appointments at the German embassy.
- While students are responsible for securing accommodations in the respective cities of Würzburg and Schweinfurt, our team is available to offer guidance and advice in this regard.
During your stay in Germany:
- Our support extends beyond the initial transition from Jordan to Germany. Students will receive ongoing assistance for any issues they may encounter during their stay related either to living or studying in Germany.
After graduation:
- Graduates of both programmes will emerge fully prepared to enter the international labour market. They will have received all the necessary skills to excel in job interviews in Germany along with proficiency in the language, they will be ready to embark on their professional journey immediately after graduation. Whether choosing to stay in Germany to seek employment or exploring opportunities elsewhere, our graduates are equipped for success.
